I occasionally provide voluntary low-stakes professional AI ethics consultation in regards to implementation concerns, safety, governance and upskilling. This has ranged from informal discussion to NDA-covered work, and has included light training.
Organisations I have advised include:

I have been a fully-fledged part-time digital illustrator, primarily focusing on character design work, since mid 2019.
I take private commissions, produce and sell my own merchandise, have had this work published in physical zines and have licensed artwork for reproduction. See my portfolio preview here.

I am extensively familiar with physical merchandise production; vinyl stickers, washi tape, art prints, decks of cards, books and acrylic charms. In the past, I've also produced custom silicone moulds and cast my own epoxy resin dice.
All the photography, copy-writing and sales for my personal business is done by myself; you can see some examples below. My Etsy shop also focuses on on the sustainability of its products and packaging, as I am incredibly conscious of environmental impact in all aspects of my work.

Working for a local carpet and luxury homewares company, I created product photography and personally redesigned their business website from scratch (liaising with their outsourced digital provider).

I have also built brand design documents for my illustration business and hand-crafted all assets used in either promotion of my work or in active client engagement (such as livestreaming).
